Stainless Steel Exhaust
Most sports cars from the factory come with a stock stainless steel exhaust. They are affordable and easy to manufacture while keeping their strength and chemical properties under high temperatures. We can fabricate a custom stainless steel exhaust for any vehicle to increase power and enhance the sound. We offer many styles of pipe as well as custom collectors and manifolds for turbocharging. Different lengths and diameters will yield a different sound and the possibility of more power.
Titanium or Inconel Exhaust
Titanium and Inconel have some of the best physical properties for use as exhaust piping. They are thin and super light weight, they hold their strength while exposed to extremally high temperatures, and they don't rust or react to chemicals if treated properly. We can source different thicknesses, diameters, and weld differed styles of piping such as pie cuts or mandrel bends. These types of exhausts can also be ceramic coated for even better performance under extremally hot conditions.
Aluminum Welding
A custom intake manifold or intercooler is another easy way of adding power and enhancing the sound of many engines. To keep it lightweight and easier to fabricate, engine components with lower heat requirements are made out of aluminum and welded together. Our new TIG welders have the capability of AC welding, which is necessary for strong and clean aluminum welds.
